Freight and Shipping Times
Freight is calculated once your order has been received.
All parcels require signature on delivery unless stated otherwise and are dispatched from our warehouse in Varsity Lakes, Queensland, Australia.
No responsibility will be taken once goods leave our warehouse, unless insured. Please ask our friendly staff about this option.

Payments
Payment must be made at the time of your order.
We accept cash, credit card, PayPal, Afterpay and direct deposit.
Returns
Any discrepancies or breakages must be reported within 7 days of delivery.
Photographic proof of discrepancies and breakages may be required in order to validate the return.
Upon confirmation of return, items may be requested back via a return label provided or a credit note issued.
